Sure, there is a captivating look to the piece. I'm not big on making them look super realistic or ugly. I feel there needs to be a certain cuteness to them in order for people to latch onto them a bit more.

A side series? Definitely. I wouldn't mind seeing a short film dealing with this but done in traditional animation. That's what we need. Direct to DVD/Bluray TMNT films done in different styles several times a year. That would be sweet.

Yep, It's all about lighting. It's very important in creating a certain mood. The only thing I regret is maybe not adding a tiny bit of blue somewhere else instead of just the chin.

I'm glad. I really like what I did. I love how the face conveys a sense of don't mess with me or you're going to get hurt. I guess that's a typical look for Raph. However, I do believe he's a multifaceted character that's not just filled with anger all the time. It's hard for me to convey anything other than that but it might be something to mess around with sometime. I do hope he starts to get more character development in the current Nick show. To me he seems like nothing more than a background character with little importance but that's just me.

That's pretty good. The only thing is, I picture Raph as having a New York accent even if it's slight. That's not to say that you have to picture it that way.
I'm more visual so I tend to write in script form for comic books. I don't have the patience to write it all out in great detail. Nice job though. Thanks for sharing.
