Yes indeed I drew this. I used a reff pic that was about 4x2.5 inches. My original is about 5.5x8 inches.

The reff pic was from the March 2010 issue of Shonen Jump page 62 panel 5.

I do everything by hand but on this one I added the black borders in Photoshop.
