- Czech Republic is a lean, short yet strong and somewhat muscled, woman with blond hair and brown eyes. She wears either a traditional Czech dress w/ an apron [modernized and can vary] or a alteration//or original// of this Czech uniform [link] with a bowl hat. She can also be seen wearing a grey military uniform . This uniform consists of a long grey button-down jacket with a belt secured at her waist and long grey pants tucked into her brown boots. In future times [or after WW2] she wears comfortable clothing.
Personality and Interests:
She is a bit of tsundere and grouchy, but when people get to know her she is a child at heart. Czech is hardworking, prepared, confident, cautious, independent, strong-willed, trustworthy, and righteous; but also stubborn, still grouchy, complains, and can play innocent pranks on her friends. She is kind and caring[as an appearance] as well only if you are to her. In the inside she might be thinking about something else.
She calls herself the heart of Europe, and is proud of her past of the Bohemian kingdom. She was a feirce, tomboyish loudmouth in those times.
Czech is also a very heavy drinker, beer is her favorite, and she the best in beating anyone in a drinking contest. When shes drunk she is in a very bubbly and funny mood.
She doesn't just trust just about anyone she meets. Over the years of a certain time period shes more careful with outside influences.
She will have a tendancy to say [just like how Prussia says, "IM AWESOME"], "I'm sexy."
Secretly, she is also a sadist.

If you want, I know very good series called "for OC makers" about Slovakia and Czechia, here on DA... Series about Czechia is by ~Hoples and for now it has three episodes - History , Look and Mentality . (just btw, series about Slovakia is writen by me and for now it has twelve episodes)

hehe, i remember the guards for Prague. XD once a boy got near a Czech Guard and the man slammed his gun on the floor. They're very strict.
I can tell you relationships. There was, during the terrible times of communism, anger for the Germans and Russians. (One event is called Prague Spring (Pražské jaro) which started in 5th of January, 1968 until 21 August.) My mum lived through it - communism was very hard for czech to get out of. It was a very emotional time for her. The Russians were invadeing with tanks and so on. mum had to learn russian and german when she was little . the family like my czech grandparents are bitter with russians now and then and get angry when once i sung a song called 'Katyusha.' my mum taught me the song. she learned it when she was little.

That being sad - you don't know much about Czech Republic, do you? At least when it comes to names and important dates - 28th October is celebrated. 1 Janurary is just a day with hangover after New Year celebration. And the name: Juliana Kraus Veselý - first why does she have 3 names? Also Juliana isn't Czech name and lastly - both surnames are male. Female versions are Krausová and Veselá (and it would be better if she had just one of them).

Áno, ale... ak to mám povedať pesimisticky, je to pre nás urážlivé. Vy Česi si Československo privlastňujete, a na nás zabúdate, alebo nás ignorujete. A ak to mám povedať optimisticky, potom by aj Slovensko malo sláviť narodeniny v ten istý deň, ale u nás sa 28. október slávi len ako pamätný deň, nie je to sviatok. A to hovorí za všetko. Zatiaľ čo Česi sa stotožňujú s Československom, Slováci nie.

b.t.w. Proč by to ale mělo znamenat, že by Slovensko (coby postava APH) mělo mít narozeniny ve stejný den? Aspoň jak jsem jednou plánovala vlastní oc (což nakonec krachlo, vzhledem k tomu, že moje malířské schopnosti stojí za starou belu), tak v mém podání Česko mělo narozky 28. 10. a Slovensko 1.1. - a nebyli to sourozenci.

Yeah, Anděla is deffinitely Czech name (and beautiful one as well).
I'm always glad I could help - but for some reason sometimes when I say that they have someting wrong, people are offended and think that I hate their work, but that's not true. I'm Czech (well Moravian, but still) and when I see some mistake I point it out - but not always, only when I like the design.
That's also one characteristic of Czech people: we are more straightforward than others, so we are often seen as rude, even when we're not. Example: In Czech when you want to ask someone to do something and you want to be polite, you just add "please". (Please, do it.)

Almost forgot - July and August are two months filled with certain Czech obsession: mushrooms. There are news in the papers and tv about whether they already grow, you often see cars parked near the forest, people carrying baskets with their eyes focused on the ground...and all the recipes for the musrooms (and names, that aren't in English) - mushrooms with eggs, soup, sauce, mushroom "goulash", fried mushrooms...
