ORIGINALITY
The reason I rated the originality 4 stars, is because I've seen many drawings like this across the web quite often. I'm not saying that you stole this artwork from someone because it is original, and I love it. But, let's go with 4 stars.
TECHNIQUE AND USE OF COLOURS
The use of colours on this artwork goes along greatly with the person who was drawn here (the girl), so you should definitely have 5 stars for that. I love the navy-blue and violet-blue go together nicely too, so that's another reason why I rated this five stars. Moving on to the technique of this drawing, you've done a completly great job. I adore how in some parts of the body and clothes there are white bits, which I'm sure means that the sun is shining on her.
SO, this artwork is basically great! I love it!

Normally I try to avoid this because I don't want certain people to judge me because of me critiquing this and I'm a girl myself, but the hell with that! People are going to judge me anyway and this is art! I'm going to critique it! Since I'm a huge fan of anime, I first want to say terrific job on how you drew her. Her bust size isn't to big and her hips aren't to narrow. Everything is evenly shaped and proportioned. You gave it a very, well, anime like feel. You should go into drawing if you weren't thinking about it and do more anime drawings. How things are now, anime fans like myself need more anime in our lives to help us forget about what's going on in the "Real World". The only thing I wish you could have done is make a beach background with the sky and sun hitting her. That would make the picture more fantastic and beautiful for people to look at. Aside from that, this is great! (thumbs up) Keep up the good work, man. We need more artist who are good with anime like you!

The line drawing was well executed, but the coloring needs to be more bold. Don't be afraid to go darker in the shaded areas more. This will bring out the light areas better and give the artwork more depth. The hair color seems to get lost with the skin tone a bit especially around the face. Research the skin color as it seems a bit too pinkish-red?
We have seen this angle and design repeated in most anime series. It does however make for an excellent centerfold poster with this style. You do get to see more of the character,
