Note to self: Next time pay attention to where I leave the fucking Fog Editor.Been playing a lot of New Vegas (Fallout 4 hype you know) and some other stuff. Also wanted to try some new things. Just a quick I did because I was bored.
Zoom in for best quality and please pretend the Fog Editor there is just a generic box.

Poster command, it basically multiplies your resolution by whatever the value you want.
Oh and a free advice, if you're planning on using it, don't use DoF nor Bloom. You'll see why.

how can set up the size I want? for example I want a higher resolution than 3840x2160
how do I do that?

Just make use of some Basic math. For example, I see your resolution is 1920 x 1080. So, if you want higher than that, just put anything above 2. As you can see here, I used Poster 3 for this one, which triples the resolution.
