A major heat wave has struck, and the evil Shredder needs to grab as much Nutrifreeze as he can. But he's not the only one. GI Joe has gotten word that the evil organization Cobra is going to make a play for it as well, so they send Scarlett, their top agent, to keep an eye on the main Nutrifreeze lab. Ace reporter April O'Neil has the same idea. With the heat so intense, they are both glad the lab is located near a park, so they can both use the pretense of working on their tans. The first day, they both see something suspicious, and go to investigate. The truck driver turns out to be Shredder's hench-mutant Bebop in disguise, and he manages to make sure neither woman will be able to tell anyone.
