Alright critique/criticism time!
First off, and this is kind of common, Cell's tail doesn't drool. granted, it's a logical extension of what it does.
Second, and again, fairly common; the tail doesn't conform to the shape of the victim. But also it does make you wonder how they don't fall out so... this is better.
Thirdly A18 seems rather resigned to this. Very much a 'come on, again!?' sort of deal
Finally, on a bright side, it's nice to see someone draw A18 in a realistically sexy manner. She looks like a real person and not some impossible anime beauty
