I would have put the big tree behind the rider .The s shape in the road should be a little more obvious.Never the less , it is going on my favorites list .It is beautiful .

Wonderful image with great detail and color. Good clear shapes, including those in the background. The darkening light adds to the serenity and peace to be found when home is finally reached after a long journey. As a matter of interest, can't see where it's unfinished, so what has been produced is excellent enough.

Nice artwork that reaches me on a deep emotional level. Maybe it is because it is a cliche composition. Cliche compositions inherit cultural ideals, which are not necessarily bad, but represent a cumulation of our own personal experiences and that of others. It is because we share experiences and are deeply connected with each other that something like culture can develop. And deep connection is nothing inherently bad, as long as it is not abused to satisfy the need of power of an greedy individual or irresponsible elite... And by the way, in my opinion the picture represents an individualistic ideal, by that I think it can stand in contrast to the negative aspects of a cliche.
