Since I did artwork for each of the Combaticons, I figured I might as well to a Generation 2 version, as those ridiculous colors just appeal to me so much.It was a little bit more than just a straight recolor of the original artwork. I had to go in and change the line art so remove some of the sticker detail from the G1 version, and change some of the shadows and highlights accordingly.
Personally, I like G2 Combaticons way better than the originals! What's better than a crew of neon death machines with purple camouflage?

The gen2 colours are amazing. The Seacons are another group with amazing retro neon colours~

Thanks! I like the colors on the Seacons too. Very unique and distinctive. I'd like to draw Piranacon someday. But it will probably be a silly look version of Piranacon instead of a serious one.
