this is a remake of an old kirby drawing (this one –> nintooner.deviantart.com/art/R… )!!! i actually remember being pretty proud of that drawing, and it was pretty popular too!

though, i'm not really sure if i like this drawing that much... i like pretty much everything except for the top part with nightmare hahaha ;;

and it turns out that i drew/uploaded the original drawing just about 4 years ago exactly!!! wow

...well, my skill with pen hasn't improved haha

ANYWAY

a few changes you can spot in here:
in general, the original one was ~super edgy~, so i tried to give this one a more cute and kirby-ish style (though the Dark Matter Corner™ is still pretty edgy haha)
kirby is smiling and happy (though i guess he could have been smiling in the original one, though his mouth was blocked so)
different poses for meta knight and the waddle dee
some different background patterns
the smol waddle doo, apple, scarfy, and bug (idk if it has an official name) at the bottom
adeleine, ribbon, magolor, and taranza are on/near the background warp star instead of another kirby (FUN FACT: i drew the original drawing before triple deluxe and probably before return to dreamland too, so i thought it'd be cool to add in magolor and taranza, who didn't even exist at the time of the first drawing!!)
instead of the ~edgy possessed version of himself~, dedede's being followed by some dark matter and 0
also, a bunch of waddle dees and bandana dee are walking alongside dedede, akin to the ending of revenge of the king
kracko is hiding up there with the other clouds. i see u kracko. dont try to hide from me
and, of course, nightmare and its cape

actually, a lot of stuff in this drawing is different from the original! really the only thing i kept exactly the same is the star rod

well, i guess that's it for me. back to playing animal crossing happy home designer and doing absolutely nothing with my life until i redraw this again in another 4 years
