well I never have done A cat girl so I hope you guys like itit take 10 min to paint the pic but it take me 6 h to colerit
I hate paint

If you can swing $100, Photoshop Elements is not a bad program- well, you mentioned paint and that's very limited.

Once you start colouring with layers it will make your art a lot cleaner and easier to manipulate, that's for sure!
