Where did you even created it? Why you even use it in MMD? I guess MMD becomes more realistic and looks more like movie than anime. Anime is japanese cartoons, not movies. Movies are doramas and they are not 3D animation at all!!!
Realistic models may overload MMD and use too much CPU and memory after all. Sometimes they can't even go with any effects due to some creepiness issues. MMD is animation, not cinematography thing. If you wanna make a cinema, MMD and even Cinema4D or Poser is not for you!!! Although two last softwares have pretty realistic IK bones, cinema needs camera, and tons of MONEY!!!

uhhh...Excuse me but this was all made in PMDeditor, not all realistic models overload MMD, I can put as much effects and do whatever I would with any other model as I could with this one. I have used this model for animation and I already can comprehend how and what this CAN be used for, I use it for what I want. Why do you care what I do with my models anyways? Calm down.
