I like to refer to genderswapped Weiss as Wolfgang. Still Germanic origin, keeps the RWBY acronym, and it even furthers Ruby's whole "Red Riding Hood" theme.

Excellent job on the genderbend. I like his coat (or whatever it's called): the penguin tail is simply wonderful. 
I'd like to so a cosplay of this someday.
Also, his face reminds me a bit of Riku from Kingdom Hearts, might be the expression.
