Description Re-uploading this. The old one was boring, empty and off balance so I added a background! I saw I really wonderful production of the play yesterday slightly modernised and with nice Norwegian dialects it worked a lot better that the Norwegian translations I've read previously. Godot sort of defies translation by any others than the man himself. Β It also helped that the guy playing Vladimir reminded me of Rik in many ways. Despite that one of the best things had to be the setting, it was out side in front of the wall of a fort in the sun set. Sun and forts in themselves are quite beautiful, but have anyone ever seen a sunset and a rainbow at the same time. I can tell you it's AMAZING!

Materials: Ink, oil pastel, dry pastel, tainted charcoal, white ball point pen.

This is so odd and so cool! And I think you really improved this picture - the older version was memorable but sort of less "together" if it makes sense?

Thanks I t does, makes sense, and has been bugging me for ages, but that's how my reluctance to make backgrounds slays my work I guess.Β

Thanks, maybe so, not sure if Godot could work in animation though, sort of feel that it needs a bit more humanity than wat you get trough drawing ...

The problem there being Rik naturally ... Still, Ade seems to be returning to acting after his years of hiatus, I heard him mention a role in war and peace as well as another play, must say I'm tempted to get a job, then some money and then some tickets ...

Oh well, yes; I am clearly in the realm of fantasy, but a fun idea. When I was a kid there was an animated version of "The Hobbit", as well & that makes me think of that, I suppose...

I REMEMBER THAT! I actually wasn't that bad, not compared to the lord of the rings animations anyway, and it really did wave some catchy songs. I have found memories of "Funny little things" Hahahaha. In a weird way I think it fits the mood and particularly audience of the book better than the Hollywood action stuff.Β
