they're blue but an artist can change depending on the mood of the pic...so purple is better for this one!

You captured her very well. The only problem I have with her anatomy is the position of her ear. It either needs to be lower, or you need to lower her nose and make her look down a bit.
Being that close to the surface, I think, would make for stronger shadows. Then again, I don't live underwater and I don't know anyone who does. 
I see you added reflective light to change the color of her eyes.
