Though, I did something similar, I just laid down a solid white stream and then used a speckled brush for the eraser and ran it across the the solid white stream and I got the same effect here.ย
But with what I've done in the newest lineart you did for me, I"m not entirely sure about the background I've made for it.ย Would you mind looking at it?

Beautiful! I think the one thing the movie was missing...Elsa needed a horse lol. I half expected her to make a horse of ice and snow. Everyone else had a horse....or reindeer. So maybe she could have made a reindeer that Sven would have liked
