It's good really, however I feel that Flounder's hair should be several colours. And his hand is drifting towards her bra, surely it shouldn't be?
I love this, but my one criticism is that they should've been both walking on and with legs. Kissing under a sunset, or Flounder proposing. Other than that, I have to say that Flounder's nose looks weirdly distorted, or is that just my imagination? I'm not too certain, you're good but I think the background should have more fishes.
You're still a wonderful artist but I think you can work harder and improve.

Amazing! Yes they would fall in love! Flounder would make an amazing merman! They look so cute together! the blue in flounder's hair is amazing! The way their lips are touching is gorgeous! If I was Ariel I would be in love with Flounder too. LOL I love thee background with the detail and the colors swirling. You did an epic, amazing job! I love the little mermaid and this is just awesome! Good Job!

In this evrsione Flounder is BEAUTIFUL, HOT and very CHARMING.
Its tail is very original, usually do so with the tail or yellow, or blue. But come on, how do you say "Fantasia take me away!" And you fancy taking a piggyback ride and you have done a tour in the galaxies flying ice cream where you have known of the gummi bears fruit (and coca cola).
Forget the jelly babies and move to the part that has not convinced me so much ...
The hair BLUE. REALLY? I would have preferred blonde, maybe with a few tufts blue, but ... Looking good ... Overall it went very well, especially because it stand out more tanned complexion of Flounder. I like this!

Awesome image! I always imagine Flounder as a mermaid for some reason, but he looks really cool as a merman... a little too cool, considering he's Flounder. Anyways, I really liked the image!

At one point in time I was actually planning a human Flounder on a Once Upon A Time role play site and it was set up that he was way younger than Ariel, like a kid she babysat or something. Well, he was gonna end up with Ariel's daughter. lol.
