The question is underspecific. Is the goal to be eaten? Avoid being eaten? Who eats who? Is the goal to survive the digestion process? Is eating other people a game mechanic? Are you eaten inevitably as part of the storyline?

All these and more would significantly affect how the game was played. For example, if the goal is to survive the ordeal, perhaps a giant(ess) is stomping around and you must first avoid her killing you, then you, and possibly others, get swallowed and start to be digested, and you need to try to escape alive, being slowly dissolved every minute you stay in the stomach and such, perhaps losing abilities as you're further digested.

Or maybe there could be a game where you're accidentally eaten or accidentally eat someone, and you can try to get out alive / let them out alive.

Or maybe the goal is to commit perfect crimes of vore, a bizarre sort of game where you can interact with others and can swallow and digest others but try to do so without being caught. Maybe your character can have specific "vore crushes" on other characters and is rewarded for eating them. (Perhaps these could even be determined based on user preferences and previous victim appearance so that the game intentionally picks attractive victims). In this game, maybe there are also other vore preds and they are run by AI. The game would allow X-ray views of the inside of your character's belly, and would have a diverse range of items, including things like shrink rays, shrink pills, digestion resistance pills, etc. It might also have things like cell phones, guns and knives, so you wouldn't want to be too clumsy. Maybe characters would have skills so that, for ex. The difficulty in same size vore is dependent on stats and experience. (Though you'd want to avoid a sort of linear warrior quadratic wizard thing, so skills like potions, magic, tinkering, etc might be important for balancing macro/micro vore preds). Maybe depending on character traits and preferences, the character might get urges to eat someone (I.e. a significant other) non-lethally, or to digest consensual prey. Or alternatively, for them to be eaten non-lethally.

Maybe your character has stats like how easy it is to make them throw up or escape their stomach into their intestine, or to digest difficult things, with the most basic being bone, and the most difficult being things like nonreactive metals, certain kinds of plastic, or synthetic polymer clothing.

Another interesting possibility is manipulating weight gained by eating. "Realistically," eating a human gives you 110000 kcals or so, adding about 14 kg, 30 lbs ish, to your weight, however, vore predators might of anything from gain nothing but a day or two's worth of nourishment, to incorporating most of their body mass into their own, essentially doubling their weight from 1 victim. Some preds might even do more bizarre things like linearly scale up from eating. Eat 7 people, congrats on being 11 feet tall.

It would have to be very graphic for my interest, and the goal would HAVE to be getting eaten!, not avoiding it.

Unity3D is free. You don't have to buy it unless you're gonna sell your game or you want certain advanced, and mostly overrated, features.

A good 3D vore game would be a technical nightmare though. You need all sorts of animations and physics for human characters, partially-digested character models, slime and liquid for stomach internals, collisions to keep the prey in the stomach, stomach interiors that stretch to fit prey but keep their ragdolling body tight, etc. Not to mention swallowing animations and such. I would guess you'd be using Unity 30% of the time and Autocad Maya, Blender, or similar the other 70%.

I say it's pretty normal in gaming.
Here's few examples.

If you could count Kingdom Hearts, there an area you must explore, inside a Whale. After it eats your ship.
Then in Crash Bandicoot, several death animations involves the protagonist eaten. Also in some Resident Evil as well.
Also i think there's a game which heavily plots on eating monsters to survive, it's Shin Megami Tensei Digital Devil Saga. Where you can eat demons. (In hard vore fashion)
In Natural Selection 2 Combat, there's a monster that can eat you whole, then you must struggle inside it's stomach to get out. And you can also play as the monster that eats people.
In Rampage, you play as giant monster, and of course, you can eat people.
In DanganRonpa Another Episode, some death animation also involves the protagonist being eaten by Monokuma.
And Mario And Luigi Bowser's Inside Story, That game is pretty much vore
Then we have the original Killer Instinct, Riptor have this type of move in the game as finishing move.

Also i love Skyrim devourment mod.

I have long fantasized about a game like "THE MOVIES" game. Where you can design your characters, set up camera angles and even create detailed monsters. Then set the scene where your character gets eaten. The game would feature inside shots and variables where you can control the flow of digestion and the speed of the vore scene.
