I use some layer tricks with paint tool sai to get that kind of efects.

and i've been good, just redrawing a pic that my friend wanted me to draw a year ago and working on a Halloween pic. and actually, my friend has a friend who's gonna dress up as Slenderman, and my friend is gonna take ppl around our park, and her friend's gonna jump outr and scare ppl. and imma record it X3
