Interesting... most of the differences seem to be a reflection of style than improvement, per se. You've opted for harder shading, warmer colors, and some rather... odd anti-gravity boobs. I approve of attempting to obey the laws of physics, but they need to be going in the same direction as the hair :-p
The hard angular approach to the face and hair is what gets me though. A lot of these little changes change her appearance from that of a leaping Amazon to an asian guy popping squats in a gym.

her knees are bent though... surely that means she is mid-jump and not already heading downwards? Also they don't go up that high even mid-jump XD Great drawing though x
