looks like I'm doing more videos for another class of mine.I was hope'n that this class would focus on photoshop and stuff, but it just turned out like my creative imaging class >< oh well, there's tolerable people in this class this year, so it'll be fun.
this is the first project, Stop motion animation. I decided to do it with drawings and real objects XD. it's not done cause it's taking a lot of pictures and putting them in motion.
it's about over 120 still pictures in this short vid.

Didn't know what to expect going into the video, but I have to admit that I enjoyed watching that. For what you were working with, you did a very solid job with the animations. I thought that they were pretty consistent and quite expressive.

Huh, so you're in some movie making class? That is VERY interesting! I'm hoping I get into a class that allows me to make impressive animation on the computer. Hopefully graphic arts will allow me to do so.

I wanted to do a class with photoshop and flash T.T but they don't have classes like that even though they have like CS3 of EVERY thing on the Pc's >.> don't even use it, such a waste >.> .... I wanna copy of CS3 T.T

Well I had decided to go into a class where I thought I'd do all sorts of art on the computer, such as paint and such, and was hoping that included photoshop and flash since I've never used those two things before.

It feels like I'm taking this class twice, meaning to that is I took a class called "creative imaging" which I thought that we'll be able to work with photoshop and such like that. however it turned into a video/ editing class...
so I was like yaaaaah ok so it wasn't the class that I was wanting, so then I hear that there is a "digital imaging" class that was said to do photoshop and stuff, so I'm like ok I'll take it in the fall. fall comes around *this semester* and I find out that it's just like what I had in creative imaging. So basically I'm taking the same class twice, just with different names...

i'm sure your class in better than mines..heh in my art class our teacher doesn't teach anything!! he keeps saying draw this shape i like this perfect.. i mean wth this isn't art this bull crap! he's such a douche bag

thanks, and yah the teacher didn't know how to work the video editing device we had for this class I was like T.T great not again.
that's cause when I had the some what VERY similar class last year, the teacher also didn't know how to use it >.>
it's a good thing I was playing with it before I had a class doing stuff with it. cause I'm lucky to have my own Mac PC so that I wouldn't have to save my stuff on the school's computer, which EVERYONE else uses. also prevents me from going all the way to the art building just to use there computers ><
I wish they could just give us the software. it'll be more effective and I'd love to have all the different software to play with XD * like a kid with a new toy*

lolz just like a baby and toy X3 yes i can't wait to get to college it gives me an opportunity to get better at drawing...so in 3 good long years i'm sure i'll be better in no time

2D animation, cool. I am studying that and I gotta say that if you want to do hand-drawn animation you will have to do LOTS of drawings xP

yah >< with this one I've drew and erased A LOT on the same piece of paper, but I'm not worried about that right now, first time attempting something like this, and plus it's getting the point across. so it'll do just fine.

aww where did you live? and have you considered going away to school? like i live in new york but i go to school in San Francsico. it's just a suggestion

I live in GA the closest place I know if that does animation is FL >< my second choice of my things I most wanna do with my life is Sequential art. and I know for sure that GA has at least 2 school that have it. Savannah School of art and design *SCAD* and Art institute in Atlanta.

OH! i know some one whose transfering to SCAD i go to the Academy of Art University (AAU) btw. well that's awesome i hope you find the right school
