Sure! All you have to do is create a line of 1px height and fill it with a lighter shade of the background you're using(Highlights). Then create another 1px height line and this time fill it with a darker shade of the background. Place the darker line just above the lighter line. That's it.

I did have issues with the shadow you had used on it looking a bit boxy though. Not sure how to correct that as it wasn't on the original psd, only when I moved it over to the design psd.

Merge the shadow before moving it to another document. The smart object is the culprit.
