and yesh I did change the tail... I've been going back and forth on it for ages. when I made the character in 4th grade, it had a forked tail, but I think a fan would be more realistic (?) flying wise. I'm so indecisive =n=

Nice! I wish I had photoshop. I've been looking for a software that does really clean lineart, but PS is pretty pricey

yeah it is D: In the hundreds of dollars. My dad is involved with a lot of computer companies, so a friend of his gave him a copy of a company adobe suite disk that can be used again and again Even though it's kinda old it's practically the same thing.
