I wonder what this looks like without Photoshop's help.

As for the picture itself, well I feel that the buildings are not the best natural framing for a sunset. Just my opinino though.

It was snapped right outside my room, i thought the buildings made an interesting outline.

I was going to guess red filter w/ color film, but now that I think about it, that probably wouldn't give this effect. nice nonetheless.
