It's refreshing to see some traditional art for a change and I do appreciate you posting the step by step process. I would say one of the things that could be improved on this piece is the proportions. The helmet is a bit skewed to the side as well as too large on the forehead. There is too little of a space between the eyes and the mouth making it look very disproportionate again. A good idea would be to get more references and do a bunch of practice sketches of the helmet in different angles and perspectives and see how close you can get it looking to the original image. I do like the cell shaded coloring style and it works for the piece but you should pay attention to where your main light source is, as the reflections on the helmet are coming from different angles at different intensities so its hard to tell. Otherwise good attempt, I hope this comment helps you improve, goodluck ^^

Really good.
The colors and shading are really nice, though the shape feels a little lopsided at points.
I would recommend practicing more with shape if you want to improve.
