Well the game calls the rainbow "Chica's Magical Rainbow" even during the final boss fight with it they call it that.

I couldn't get past it. I tried for two hours straight and I couldn't do it because of those fucking butterflies. It's enough that I've given up entirely and have resorted to seeing who on Youtube will reach the end boss first.

I was watching my friends play it and I saw them struggle. The picture here is from the Chica's Magical Rainbow final boss. If you waste too much time in it, Chica's Magical Rainbow instant kills your entire team. (Not kidding...)
