Okay, the lighting effect is from my hand being over the flash.The idea sparked form ~RandomHyperKid and her guts of steel.
It's for kitty, well because she seemed upset when I told her that I delete all pictures of me in my underwear the minute I took them xD.
And.... erm, it's my mirror, ny favorite pair of pant.. bright green
Not that you can really tell with the light effect tough.
