Description
Contemplation is a piece I had done for the VASE competition just this past year. In this piece the figures modeled are two of my art teachers sketched in charcoal(all three figures sketched within 10min.) as a starting point. Very loose sketches that I in turn have developed to balance out with half light half dark consistency. I hope you enjoy the piece & any thoughts, comments, or crit. are much welcomed.Related content

Hmmm...very, very interesting, Nix. I gaze upon this image and it reminds me of some the pieces I create. Most intriguing...reminds me also of...Picasso. Yes!

Well, that's what came to mind, Nix--Picasso. Hehe...I like van Gogh and Matisse and see wee "references" to these geniuses' work, at least from a color perspective. And believe me, I sprinkle LOTS of salt when I say that!

...and a little bit of pepper also since I like pepper more than salt! Hehe...very good. I'll let you upload a couple more images while I try and clean up my mess after the "well-done" meal. Haaaaa...

Haha--it's the thought that counts, Nicole and I thank you very much for the offer! Nope, I don't like a lot of salt except on French Fries. Spices & Herbs...a bit for me but not too much. Except on steak.

Hehe--we have "real" french fries up here...Mmmm! I don't eat them too often but when I do...lots of salt, some vinegar, ketchup and--pepper! All at the same time.

Haha--yes indeed! But not too much ketchup and pepper and vinegar. Just enough to give the treat a tang...but the SALT...lots!

Hahaha! Yes I would agree. I'm weird when it comes to my strange urges. I tend to mix & blend things I shouldn't, but find it all to taste unusually good(but later on when I'm not having my "strange urge/appetite I find it all disgusting so I take advantage while it lasts). -Nixirhei

And not often I go for fries, once in a while is all. I watch my diet carefully. Gee, I've lost 5 pounds since the big rush at the place where I work. Lots of exercise...ohhhh yes.

Hmmm..that's too bad, Nicole. I don't have that trouble too much anymore thankfully...if I didn't sleep well, I had stuff going on that kept me awake but things have settled down quite a bit, so I sleep better. I hope Dreamland will comfort you much more in the coming days.
