Shattered Reflections.
For thousands of years it has been believed that the eyes are the gateway to the soul...

So this is the cover art for my artbook, 'Soulless'. I guess since I've done this much I am definitely going to make it now. I haven't really got a deadline and I'm pretty busy from now until september so lets say I'm aiming for Thoughtbubble, Leeds, which is in november? Otherwise I'll be aiming for London anime con next year in January.

The idea behind the artbook is actually based on my personal experience over the last 6 months to a year of feeling almost completely disconnected with myself because I was too busy to even pick up a pencil and just sketch something and then when it came to a point where I could take the time to draw again... I just couldn't. I was so worn down mentally that I had forgotten what I was about and who I was and where I was going. I lost myself. I lost my soul. This book is going to be about how I felt and finding my path again.

I know this came as a surprise to some people when they saw the work I was creating for the artbook and the title of my first artbook seeing as I'm a bonafied fantasy/ dragon artist but I hope this makes more sense now. Maybe if I do another artbook that will be closer to what I normally paint and put in your inboxes.

Thankyou for your support on this project so far and for your ongoing support in the future. I'm greatful that despite everything you like what I'm doing even if it is totally different to anything I normally would do.
