9/10 almost perfect.
1. The pupil is always the darkest point on a face.
2. Don't cheat with perspective, construct it. Correct angles make portraits pop.
3. Don't EVER neglect the ear like that.
Everything you try to "cheat" or "hide" takes from the quality of the picture. Don't lie with your art when you have the talent and technique to tell the truth with it!
