This is awesome.    I wish I had that much control over my volumes when I animate.  Especially in perspective!
I sorta wish that the arc for the hat being taken off was a little more 'C' curved so the hand would have a reason to tilt but I don't really care... cause the hair springs!  Lol.  Made my day.
