Now the question is is he apologising because he means it or because it's convenient for him?
Okay, I'll be honest here I don't really have anything specific in mind for the last page (aaaahhhhh last page!!!!), when I planned the comic out all wrote on page 6 was “FORGIVENESSexckelmashumklemayshun” and left a vague scribble. I have three flavours of forgiveness in mind and I think I'll leave it up to the interwebs, in all its sagacity and wisdom, to decide which goes. Here are the options:

I bet either: John will punch Sherlock and rage OR john will snog him/ snog each other OR both in this order: sherlock arrive, john sees sherlock, sherlock says hello, john punches sherlock in the face, john snogs sherlock then john punches sherlock very hard in the face. . again.

In my humble opinion, Sherlock would respond with something that seems completely random.
S "Oh, did you murder someone?"
J "*Puzzled frown.* "Err... No?"
S "Maim someone?"
J *Deeper frown.* "No."
S "Cause bodily injury to someone, other than me, in some way, shape or form?"
J *Annoyed frown*. "No! Of course not!"
S "So, you didn't go on any violent rampages at all?"
J *Looks away.* Well, I did kick a few things around in your apartment..." *Shakes head hard* "What has any of this got to do with--?"
S *Looks away, rubbing his chin and frowning.* "Well, damn... I could have sworn your attachment to me would trigger at least one violent episode..."
J *White-faced and glaring* Don't you dare tell me you left me in the dark On Purpose?!"
S *Rolls eyes.* "Fine, fine... I won't say it."
J *Eyes wide, mouth open, white-faced and gaping.* My God... You did."
S *Pats John firmly on the shoulder.* "Rest assured, I won't do it again."
J *Blinking.* You won't...?"
S *Shakes head firmly and smiles.* "Entertainment value, much too low." *Turns away* "Now, for our next project...!"
J *Red-faced and snarling* "You know Sherlock, I'm feeling a violent episode coming upon me right now. Care to see it?"
S *Staring at cell phone.* "Not right now John, there's a new body in the morgue." *Turns to John with a smile.* "You coming?"
J *Blinks.* Oh..." *Turns away.* Let me get my jacket."
S *Smug* "He's so much fun to play with."

Hahaha, I could see this playing out with their voices and mannerisms exactly in my mind 
I can somewhat imagine John several hours later realising that his train of thought was messed with and being determined to give Sherlock a piece of his mind. Only he gets tripped over mentally again so he skulks away to complain about it on his blog.
By the way, have you seen John's blog? I was kinda surprised it was an actual real thing and it's quite hilarious!
