This is only in two parts because it was too darned tall otherwise. It's still pretty huge though.
Despite the amount of shortcuts I took I still spent AGES on this. So hopefully people like it. I liked the idea when I started it.
I'm sure Twilight would've been more mentally mature than this at this point, but eh, she's just too cute when she's sad.

Princess Celestia as motherly figure is one of the sweetest portrayals of a character I've ever seen.

Because that's the "real" her. I normally don't like to bring religion into these things, but Celestia is how I picture Mary being. Like the day I die she'll be there waiting to give me a warm hug.

You made me cry for the first time in some while...
Few works could make me tear up these days, and you did it with ponies. The coloring, shading and lines are good, the dialogue could improve, but you made be jerk a few tears.
What you did is a triumph.
