because of the digital age, we often aren't actively interacting with photograph physically. Though polaroids are physical objects, the interaction with the work is not as active as say developing a print in a darkroom. By doing what you're doing with this photograph you're interacting with it actively throughout the process of creating this work, thus making it tangible for you.

yes, completely, thank you! i'm glad you said this because i noticed that i was doing something with photographs i hadn't done before but i hadn't yet tried to define what it was. it's been an exciting process for me.
