From the 1988 movie Who Framed Roger Rabbit.Watched the movie as a kid and she was easily the sexiest cartoon character I had ever seen(closely followed by Nurse[Hello Nurse!] from Animaniacs)
I knew i had to draw her at some point...I finally got around to it
