Description
The Ancient Tree is viewed as the connecting element between Heaven and Earth, it's life relies upon the vim of the two. Hidden deep within it, lay the secrets and treasures that many seek.---

originally made it for my current game as a concept work but in the end i just saved it as a photoshop practice..

This is one of the first of your paintings that has made me stop and stare. I love the person at the bottom of the picture for scale. Somehow, though, he causes me to feel more lost in the tree than I already am. Absolutely beautiful work.

that's really gorgeous enough to make us pass through time and spaces and arrive in this sort of parallel world ! Above all the warm colors which instaure a peaceful and magic atmosphere, above all the details in elements (tree, rock sculpture etc..), my fave part is the sky, the clouds and the shade of the tree's head lost in it, watched by the character on the bottom, so tiny facing the immensity of the sky wolrd...

Hey this is pretty damn cool! I did something relating to this same tree in my comicy thing. But because I did all this reserch I totally recognize the elements like the doorway and paths going into the earth. Either you did a lot of reserch too, or you're really in tune with the spirit of the tree! Awsome stuff.

the roots going into the ground look perfect, usualy they are hard to make, and the limbs and various tree trunks streaching upwards is absolutly fantastic. i love that look, GREAT WORK
