That's right, I drew a fanart and it's NOT CIEL! This girl is Ryuugu Rena from the anime/visual novel series Higurashi no Naku Koro ni. I've been wanting to draw her for a little while.I kinda just threw in the background because this thing took me hours and my eyes and hands were getting tired, and I didn't want to go to bed without finishing it. Maybe I'll touch it up a bit later.
