Character: Phantom DarkShow: D.N. Angel
Place: Izumicon
This had to be the highlight of my Con weekend. It was cool enough to get to do dark at this con then it just got better. Reason being Vic Mignogna on my right is the Voice actor for my character. And David Williams on my left is the director of D.N. Angel ( American Release )

omfg.... wings.... theyr.... huge..... Im planning on being Krad (or Ling with 3 Lanfans following me) the next time i go to an anicon. i got to meet vic at Youmacon in Detroit. His colone smelt amazing.... ahem.. anyway... Any tips on the wings if in am going to b Krad?

Depends on how you plan to do it. Most importantly with any large prop. Bring back up supplies. My drill came to my ultimate rescue during the con. Real feathers are also quite expensive but well worth it. Turkey is the best bang for your buck and can get them in different colors

As long as people keep wanting more. I will go even more grand. I have plans to do a better version of this for A-kon 23 as well as Chaser John Doe - Dream Eater Merry, and likely Full Hollow Ichigo as I haven't seen it done yet. Likely the Ichigo will be my next super large project as i will be making a body casting out of foam and adding it to a body suit.

Phantom darks wings are also huge though. I was just going for accuracy. There about 12ft long if not a little longer

Was super hard actually. What I didn't really get to use at this con was that there is a mechanical aspect to the wing to where they can raise straight up and fold over top of me.
