hmmm I haven't seen the trailer, just the bus stop ads.. captain haddock doesn't look as cute in the movie though!

I'm also a little not used to the usage of CGI on the actors' faces, but I've heard that the movie is pretty good.

o-o that's CGI on the actor's faces?? Maybe that's why the posters look really weird.... o-o I still love haddock's white-eyed expression though, so the movie-haddock isn't luring me to watch it XD Will you be watching the movie yourself?

That's probably why their faces look kind of different, I guess! I would most likely be watching the movie with my family, but I'm a little doubtful since I read a review that those who loved the original might not like this version as much :/

Hmmmm makes sense, reminds me of the Avatar (Last Airbender) movie XD But then there are movies that have been pulled off well too, right? Am not sure though When might you be watching the movie?

Aaargh, watching AtlA the movie was a bad experience, with cool effects but losuy acting. (And it didn't help that we were sitting way too in front...) Franchise-based films don't really pull off well, except for some exceptions like Harry Potter, etc.

Will probably watch on a weekend, or during hols?
