No I don't, I use translators to translate the text for me. I also only translating only the videos I'm making, not the actual game, as I can't get into the game files

You can get into the game files, indeed. I translated parts of the game into Italian without any software. Simply go to "data" and edit the Chinese text into english.
I recommend you to learn the very basic Chinese grammar first, though, as the translator doesn't translate well.

For example, open "Map002" (or whatever it's called) with Notepad and you'll notice there is Chinese text in it. That's in-game text. If you replace it with the translation, you'll play the translated game eventually.
