Description
The title says it all.The first of two half-baked animations I did for fun last night since I couldn't work on my Quixotic entry without Internet to get references...
I know there's all sorts of things wrong with this, it's just something I did for fun in less than an hour LOL

XD OH HEY, quick question about Time City! I already have everything planned out for my first Event entry, but I have to know; are you allowed to bring in extra characters you made up if 1)they only appear that one time, and 2) if you need a boss/rival whatever? Cause there's no other collectors in my group, and I kinda need a thief to act as the evil boss. :I ALSO, how do you get into the chatroom?

Okay, so far the admins say NPC's like your character's parents, siblings, friends, etc. should be okay. HOWEVER - you are not to focus on these characters more than your own. They should be a means to an end, an interesting character to add in the story occasionally (ie. "bye mom!" like you're leaving the house, or have a pal at work who appears for a brief moment, etc.) I'm gonna say no to the rival character tho, because we expect people to join in later and you can be rivals with them, or even with people from other regions. (we allow that, especially since we're a little short on members atm)

How about like, when you're joining a job, more than one person gets the job and you're like a team, but the focus is still on your character cause the jobs are mostly separate jobs? <8D

Well, for the outline of my entry, I have 6 other people who made it into the group of thieves I had my character join. I don't mind changing that so that either the number is smaller or I use other rp'ers, but one of them I use as the boss of the group. Is the boss also supposed to be an rp-er, by the way?

It depends, you can't have all these ppl in the stuff you submit ALL THE TIME. It's okay if they show up every now and again, but they are side-characters for a reason, they can't outshine your own character...
As for the boss, yeah it might be best if you found a friend or something to rp as him, otherwise you'd have to make sure he only appears rarely, if at all... like I said, they can't outshine your character.

So I CAN have them as long as they don't outshine? Cause I really don't plan to use them much anymore after this. They're just filler (except that one character who'll be the boss and partner of my character, whom I will ask another person to allow me to use. ;u
