As per what said, this scene is really tedious to set up, what with all the materials, bump and normal maps.
After 3 hours though, managed to overhaul everything, including a HDRI map.

Changed the HDRI image so it won't look so blueish.

Great scene. I like your overall style. It always looks a bit cold and the materials look dry. You have a very unique style that turns everything into a winter scene. I really like that.
One question: Where do you find those HDRI maps. I only find maps that are either way too small, with a watermark or you have to pay for it.

Damn that looks great, if the game looked like this i would play it more. I wish Team Ninja would develop a new engine and stop reusing assets from previous titles. I know they're on a tight budget but it really annoyed me to see DoA X2 assets in DoA X3.

Haha well, at that time I was using this environment map for lighting, and it turned everything blue lol. Probably will update the render at some point.

Maybe the environment map was too strong?
Typically an outdoor scene (clear weather) is produced by:
1. A weak blue sky environment map. This light should in isolation turn the scene dark blue.
2. A strong directional light or sun light. White, or light yellow in color. This light brightens the entire scene.
Shadows are in a neutral color when this light is viewed in isolation.
When used together, the blue environment map brightens up the shadows, giving them a blue tint, but the blue
environment map is too weak to have any visible effect in the areas illuminated by the sun.

Actually the blue was due to me using an incomplete HDRI image for my lighting. There was a large patch of blue in the environment image because of that lol. I have already switched to another HDRI, and it looks more natural now. You can see it here:
