It's a combo of autoluminous and beaman's flame particle system generator (with some editing).
To give it an even softer edge, and since I didn't have to worry about color, I hit the actual skin & head layers.
...If you're talking about Grillblue. Frisk just has ikCinemorph on their eyes.
