Nice. If you want a bit of constructive criticism, her arms should be a little puffier, if she's at that size. Other then that things seem in proportion, maybe just move the lips a tad to the right...
I know you only had a bit of time on this one though, and for 10 minutes, you did a fine job.

Don't take it harshly my friend. The fact you got a rather proportionate form in 10 minutes is still pretty striking. The beauty of artwork is that you can often come back to it and improve upon it.
(And I live in a tense country too, I know what its like to be in a hurry constantly xD)
