Description
Since dA is actually behaving now, I'm posting this here as a placeholder for when I can scan a high quality version of this.Anyway, I haven't done traditional art in a long time, and today I decided to push myself to experiment with colored pencils a bit.
Even though it's a small drawing, I would love to know what you guys think if anyone has constructive criticism for me!

I think it is very nice, but I would suggest using some darker colors in varying places. It will help the fox stand out a bit more, making it the center point. If you made the background a bit darker (not dramatically, but like maybe just darker shades if you weren't starting over) it would make the fox look like a star.
Or you could make the fox darker and make it more of dark spot in a sea of light colors.
But this is still amazing. Better than what I could do with colored pencils yet.

Here's some Crits for ya ^^
-I know that this is a WIP, or if its reaalllyyyy pixelised on my screen, but the sky doesn't look very blended yet, so def continue that ^^
-For the clouds, I'd ease up on that purple lining a bit- or make the cloud around the lines more purple ^^
