Well it's not so hard really. I put a cocktail glass in a metal sink (the wrong way round) and put on the water so that it splashed off the bottom. And then I took the photo. The blue tone was then added in photoshop, using selective colour and photofilters I think.

That's probably a good idea . There is no need to use other peoples photos, you have great talent yourself !
