Thank you very much pal - I used stockimages and manipulated them, but I guess if you had to create the curtains by hand, it would be easiest starting with a dark-red "box" of color, and then using the dodge/burn tool to draw the curtain shapes. After that maybe a bit of noise and clouds, to make it look less perfect.... Thats how I would have done I think
