Late spring anyways. Whatever, I'm still hooked on spring.
I don't even feel like it's summer really, it just won't sink in how fast this year is going by already .

This is a re-do of a really really old picture I did, back from when I first started aspiring to become an artist.
Here is the old picture, and the new one in progress side by side. (Yes, it's an instagram photo, feel free to stalk me over there if you want to)

It just made me feel, I don't know, proud? Not because I think my art is "amazing" or anything, but because I've stuck with it for so long. I remember pouring over so many photos and drawing so many studies, thinking that I could never be as good as the hugely popular artists on DA.
I personally think that any level of artistic ability is possible if you apply yourself enough. It all depends on how badly you want it, and whether or not you give yourself the fortitude to achieve that level.
