Description
Some generic shitty windows thing i did in an hour on an old laptop that was laying around at my parents house.I liked how the color scheme turned out enough to post it.

No, but this is basically just a basic bblean setup with a colorscript beingΒ shown in a cygwin terminal emulator (mintty). It should be pretty easy to do if you have experience with a terminal environment. If you don't, a good starting point for desktop customization with a ton of resources is "nanami-tan.info"
