Description
THIS IS A DRAWING, NOT A PHOTO!After a ton of hard work, here it is, finally completed. I had it done just in time, and was able to hand it in to be put with the rest of the pieces that are going to be part of the exhibition.
My hand has been playing up though. The pains that I was getting after fracturing my hand came back while I was working on this, so I'm glad that I can rest it up for a while and be a little cautious without having to worry about any deadlines!
And to think that I started this portrait at Christmas....
Please check out as it was his amazing Elephant photo that I used in the first place. (with permission!)
Border-Indian Ink
Elephant- 6H, 3H, H, HB, B, 2B, 4B, 6B, 7B. 2 blending sticks, a kneadable eraser and my finger.
Time taken: I would estimate that it would be 30-38 hours. So much!!

If you like it, please fav it! I want to know that my hard work is being appreciated.
NOTE
Fullview is a must to see all the detail that has come of my hard work and pain!
EDIT:
This photo of it isn't so great, so when I get it back from the exhibition, I will update it.

I've never tried to work on anything other than A4. It probably would've been useful to do it on a bigger sheet, to do all the details and whatnot. Never mind!!

*bursts out laughing* It's amazing how people don't read the artist's comment. This is truly amazing. You caught the mood, shpe, texture and all form of realism! Perfect
One very minor thing though it must have been you computer, There's a faint line where crossing the top of the trunk and tusk. Really bugging me xD

Yeah, I know. It's because my photo was really dim and I was changing the contrast in blocks. I'd completely forgotten about that part, and by the time I remembered, I couldn't erase it from the History..
Thanks for the great comment though!
